What is Design for Health?

Design for health is an interdisciplinary field that leverages design principles to improve healthcare experiences, systems, and outcomes. Through my master’s program in design focused on health, I have worked on projects ranging from implementing visual communication through graphic design to conducting in-depth research and synthesis for service design. I have also engaged in ideation and testing for product design, ensuring that solutions are both human-centered and impactful. This experience has deepened my understanding of how design can bridge gaps in healthcare, making information more accessible, services more efficient, and products more intuitive.
